Immunology Services


The academic Wilson laboratory established the immunobiology foundation of in vivo gene therapy/vaccines through more than 120 published papers. In 2000, it established a Reference Lab available to the global community for measuring T and B cell responses. It has since conducted mechanistic studies to investigate human severe adverse events/SAEs. In the recent past, this lab has served 73 institutions including 48 companies and 34 clinical trials. Over the last 5 years, it has conducted 25,289 preclinical assays and 2,432 clinical assays.

Specific Immunology Services

Lymphocyte Isolation​

Services provided include the isolation of lymphocytes from whole blood, liver, spleen, bone marrow, and lymph nodes​

IFN-γ ELISPOT assays

Service provided include peptide library procurement and qualification, peptide library reconstitution and pooling, and performance of IFN-γ ELISPOT assays on isolated lymphocytes

Services can be provided under different compliance levels including research, GLP, and QA involvement for oversight only (GDP only) – can currently support Phase 1/2 clinical trials

Turnaround times and data deliverable needs are required with a potential for expedited services upon request

Assay Development

Assay development services can be provided across NAb, BAb, or ELISPOT assays, including novel serotypes, different species, and regulated status
